Bitter Mandarin was launched in 2022. As deliciously heady as orange spritz aperitifs in the summertime, the Bitter Mandarin Cologne captures the freshness of mandarin with the bitterness of the spritz. With the sparkling quality of the aperitif in mind, Jo Malone London’s perfumers blend tangy citrus notes from the orange fruit with precious floral notes from the orris root of the iris flower, creating a distinctly sharp scent. There’s also a hint of amber and fougère in the base, adding depth to help ensure this fragrance won’t easily fizzle out.

Top notes are Bergamot, Mandarin Orange and Petitgrain; middle note is Orange; base notes are iris and Amber.
